REASONS WHY I DISLIKE AND DON'T TRUST SINGTEL SERVICE ANYMORE...

1] All the Technical Supports hiding away from me since February 2007 when I encountered problems.

2] All the ADSL Technicians who came and rectify problems at my premises seems so silly as everyone giving me different comments and reports...

3] I have email and feedback to Singtel Contact Us and their direct email for more than a few hundreds of complaints but nobody really bother to reply me so far...!!!

4] When MIO encountered problems, ADSL Technicians will blamed my computer, all my phone got problems but not their MIO Box modem really got problems so far... They are always right, customer always got problems, that kind of bad and irresponsible attitude... Whatever things they are doing and testing all correct, whatever things we are facing are not true...

5] Right now I am using Starhub Max Online Express since 13 April 2007, I never ever encountered any error message, shut down, auto log off, etc... even those connection error or page could not be found problems so far... I feel that they are irresponsible and unreasonable as customer don't have any right to feedback anything to them. They just want the customer to keep quiet or rather don't used the products at all... I really have no choice when using MIO...

6] Even I have to fight and quarrel with all those technicians or even complaints about them. Its fact and true as I really have all the evidence and proof with me to show you later on...

7] What is Singtel CEO doing in HQ...? All those bitterness and unhappiness caused really ruin my daily life since 27 January 2007... Why Singtel take so long just to handle a small fly like me...?

8] If Singtel really wanted me to do a re-wiring for my house, but the ADSL Technicians don't have any confident to do so when I said that if anything still come to the square, who will bear the cost, Jeffrey just keep his mouth shut, and dare not fight and quarrel with me again...!!

9] Because of Singtel, I need to force myself to terminate my fixed line (for more than 14 years) and even my handphone line too...! Due to the unhappiness towards Singtel now...

10] Singtel really have nothing better to do, just to handle my simple case till now... Why they still wanted me to suffer and have nightmare most of the day and night...? I really feel the stress and nearly have depression and landed in IMH soon...

In total, 12 field technicians came to my house since 23 February 2007....

5 field technicians came to my house to rectify analog sockets and the line problems, every technicians told me different story and different problems...!!!

These 5 technicians who came to my house on 13, 17 and 25 April 2007 respectively. All 5 technicians gave me different comments and reports on my analog phone line problems after I have revert back from digital line...

Its really make me become so confused even right now...!!!

All those working sockets, become faulty and got problems. All those faulty and problems sockets become working now...!!! Which is which right now...!!!

First technician came for nearly 1 and a half hour, 2nd Groups came for 1 and a half hour, 3rd Groups came for 2 and a half hours...

What is Singtel trying to do now...??? To solve problems or created another analog phone line problems for me again and again...!!! I really don't understand and don't know how to explain to you...!!!

I don't really like their in-cooperative service rendered, unreliable feedback I can't trust them any more as 1608 told me that only 1 technician is coming but it turned out a pair to rectify problems for so long... long... They always like to waste most of my precious time and also for those technicians time who are here too...

1] All Technical Supports seems missing when we last spoken on 28 February 2007.

2] All Technicians seems to be kind and helpful disappear in a day or so when I have problems with my MIO Modem again…

3] I encountered various error messages new and old one, include, Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Library… Runtime Error! Lu CallbackProxy.exe -
Application Error! Window Application Error! Runtime Error when I access to Singtel.com! Page not found! Cannot find Server! Server Error! Message could not be sent due to a connection problems! An unexpected problems has occurred (Problems fetching attachment - upload file) Yahoo Mail closed by itself within 3 mins or so, can’t access to Friendster.com, Neopets.com, Singtel.com, hang…and hang most of the times…

4] ADSL Senior Technician, Patrick Yeo Seck Hwee gone missing and disappear since we last spoke on 16 March 2007 when I encountered all phone echo, noise, disruption problems, since then he don’t bother to call or email me… As he do mentioned that he will help me solve and rectify all problems with his ADSL Technicians but extremely disappointed when he vanish just like that…

5] Corporate Communications Support, Ong Swan Tah called on 22 March 2007 to offer help to me and mentioned that the management treat my case as High Level… What! As I don’t understand why, within 15 hrs later, he changed his mind and pass my problems to Janice Ngo again as I don’t wish to talk to for sure…

6] 7 Singtel Technicians came over to my house, spent almost half a day modify and rectify problems as the MIO Modem still can’t resolve till now…! All phone echo problems became worst and MIO Modem can’t function properly as unable to access to most of the website as I have mentioned, even Singtel.com also got problems… Please tell me why? As no one bother or want to handle the problems issue now as I can see for sure…

7] All so call Service Technicians, ADSL Technicians, Technical Supports, Management Supports all melt away just within the two weeks when they try to rectify and solve problems for me… As a customer, how do you feel about their irresponsible service and attitude…

8] If Singtel Singapore can’t rectify and solve problems for MIO Modem, in the first place why do you launch this product…? Why do I need to wait for so long…? Its been pending for more than 1 month…!

9] Customer don’t have any choice or any more time to wait for different technicians to visit our house without any appointment for sure… Can they be more professional and give a courtesy call before they come, not they arrived first then someone call… This is an extremely horrible attitude as I can say for sure...

Best rds, Swan Tah < Since U fever n sick, me too. So in order 2 finalise everything w Singtel I surrender n pls ask them 2 clear e mess in my premises as no one can solve prob in the end. That is my final request now. Ur service super horrible as I can comments, cant stand anymore 4 sure…>

As I don't understand and what he want… For the first place, please don't handle my case half way through and later on back off just like that as he has promised when we talked on the phone on Friday evening…!

I really can't stand his unprofessional attitude and behaviors, is this the right way or technique just to frighten me off or just to terminate my contract by myself as I already told him all my problems…

Please clarify this matter again and I don't want to have the terrible and the worst conflict with Singtel or any of your officers at this point of time… So, I don't have any choice but to surrender and terminate everything as he force me to do so… He is so hypocrite and dishonest and somehow can show concerned for my problems and my case… But all these is just a dream for me as for sure that I can see that when he sms me on Saturday, I already know his true and real colour of Singtel Corporate Communication Support… How shameful for me to tell every of my friends about him…

I have terminate the contract not because I wanted to do so but because of your Mr Ong Swan Tah... If you think that I need to pay for all those penalty as you can go ahead. I will need to bring this matter to CASE as your Singtel Service is rather terrible for the Technical Supports and all your technicians as I can described....

My Generation MIO Plan 1 was signed since 27 Jan 2007 and MIO Modem was installed since 23 Feb 2007...

To-date, nothing being done and rectify by SEVEN ADSL Technicians and Technical Supports and now all the technicians got missing as no one reply or email me and even dare to contact me to solve my problems for sure...

AS I REALLY FEEL THE UNHAPPINESS AND UNFAIRNESS AS A CUSTOMER LIKE ME, I AM WITH SINGTEL SINCE WHEN I WAS SCHOOLING... SO I HAVE WRITTEN IN TO FEEDBACK TO YOU....

AS I AM VERY SURE TO TELL YOU THAT... I WON'T BE USING ANY OF SINGTEL PRODUCTS OR SERVICES ANYMORE SINCE THIS INCIDENT...

Even now, I will feedback all these matters to all my friends too... As most of my friends already aware of my problems caused by MIO...

Problems encounter for my K610i handphone which is 62 days old....

My Sony Ericsson K610i handphone which is 62 days old now always encounter the following problems as I have observed...

1] LCD Screen always shown blank screen after I transfer pictures to my comuter file...???

2] LCD turned blank scrren for more than 10 mins! I can't even switch it off from the on and off button!!!

3] When I view through my picture file, I always have jammed or the picture take quite sometime to appear..!!!

4] When I view through my video file, I always have jammed problems when I view through a video which is 4 mins long...!!!

5] The key pad button always go to the wrong way when I go to the Menu, as it will shown me others folder instead...!!!

6] The battery always turned flat within a day if I have an hour or longer call...!!!

7] Even though I switch off my handphone during the night, I don't have any incoming or outgoing calls, my handphone will need to charge again...on the next day for sure....!!!

8] I have already changed a new battery after 1 week later, but I can't really see any different between the first faulty battery and the second new one...!!!

9] How can the battery need to be charged every now and then as I never switch it on during the night time....!!!

10] All the Sony Ericsson Handphone battery always drain out very fast as what is the standard talk time for a normal phone like mine...???

11] When I charged my phone as it turned low battery indication at about 4% or so, the power supply will auto shut down by itself. That is, when I charged my hp, a few mins later it will auto cut-off the charging as I realised that no red charging light appear when I charged my hp...!!! It occured quite a few times as I observed it since 2 February 2007..!!!

12] I realised that since 2 April 2007 onwards, all my incoming and outgoing calls nevert showed any caller records on the Call Answered, Call Missed or even the Call Diallled function mode...!!! As I really don't understand what is the main problems caused right now...!!!

13] My phone also encounter auto shut down problems for a few times.. I never touch my phone at all as it auto shut down by itself...!!! When I checked my hp then I realised that...!!!

14] My phone do encounter various blanking problems too for several times...!!!

15] My hp battery always gone flat or turned low battery even though I have already switch my Network Service to GSM ONLY...!!! It will gone flat without any call or with calls within 2 days or less than a day time.. Even though I switch off my hp during the night time...!!!

My True Story... When I signed up for Generation Mio Plan 1 on 27 January 2007...
















I have signed up for Generation Mio Plan 1 on Saturday, 27 January 2007...

Firstly, my recycled handphone number caused many nuisance calls and my Sony Ericsson K610i Handphone battery always get flat within a day with or without any call… I write in to Singnet Contact Us to complaint about the matters.. Subsequently, the battery was replaced two weeks later and the new number was given to me 1 month later…

My Mio Box Modem was installed by David Chia, Malifax on Friday, 23 February 2007 at 4.00 pm…

On Saturday, 24 February 2007 at 5.00 am, when I switched on the computer, I have encountered continuously shut down problems caused by the modem… When I complaints to Mio Support, no one from the Technical Supports really bother to contact me and to handle my problems …

On Monday, 5 March 2007, Mr Tan came to run loop back for my mio box modem, as it seem everything look fine at that time…

On Tuesday, 6 March 2007 at 8.00 am, all my phone line, Internet Service became no signal and the mio box modem DSL light blinking all the time… I have reported the matter to 1608 Phone Faulty Reporting Hotline… Mr Yap came and fixed up the problems and my Internet surfing was functioning quite well but I encountered another irritating and terrible echo problems from all my phone line and subsequently all my Caller-ID phone became non-display phone…

On Friday, 16 March 2007 at 2.00 pm, Mr Liew and Mr Ang came over to my premises to rectify and modify all my sockets phone line for nearly 4 hrs… As all the phone line and Caller-ID was back to normal again…

On Saturday, 17 March 2007 at 9.00 am, I have encountered Internet surfing problems as I received all sorts of error messages when I was online checking my yahoo email alone, ie, Message could not be sent due to a connection problems; An unexpected problems has occurred when I sent attachment file; Error saving message to Sent Folder; Server Error; Cannot find server; Yahoo Mail closed by itself…, etc…

On Friday, 23 March 2007, 4.00 pm, Jeffrey Ng Cheng Teck and Liew Sut Choy came to my house without any appointment made…!
ADSL Technician, Ang Peng Heng called me when I was sleeping because I was sick and having fever too…

I opened the door for them as they can showed me their black and charcoal face at that time. Liew told me that their boss, Mr Ong has scolded them for not doing their work well for customer… As I think that was not my problems…
Jeffrey changed my MIO BOX Modem. He played merry-go-round phone games as I can see and subsequently change most of my wire that I was not aware of… After he rectification, all things still remained as at 5 March 2006... As I really don't understand why…

They just left my house without saying a word because all things still pending as they really can't help and solved all my problems…

MIO BOX Modem showed RED signal light… All my telephone still having echo all the times…. What can I do if they really can't rectify problems for me…
Corporate Communications Officer, Ong Swan Tah called for me and promised to solve all my problems but the next day, he back off when he knew that my MIO BOX Modem still encountered problems… As he said that he said that he was sick and fever and don't know how to handle me anymore…

I do not know when Singtel will be able to rectify all the problems for me… As a customer, I have to give them dateline to solve and rectify all the problems rather then all problems occurred at different time and different day…

I do not want to become ADSL Technician too as I don't like to monitor the error messages everyday as requested by the technician… I don't want my life to be so miserable since I signed up for Mio Plan 1 on 27 January 2007...
Singtel should do something to the Generation Mio as if not suitable for me, Singtel should let me terminate my contract without any penalty because I have already suffered and tortured by Singtel for nearly 2 months since 27 January 2007...

Everything still can't resolve as what do you want the customer to do… To be the ADSL Technician again?

Finally, I have decided to terminate my 30 months contract with Singtel as I don't know how much penalty I have to pay but I will bring the matter to CASE instead…

CASE has handled the matter on behalf for me since 27 March 2007 and giving Singtel a dateline to be replied by 2 April 2007...

To-date, the matter is still pending... Everything still not settled again...

In my mind and my last wish now... I have decided to terminated everything if I can make it...

I really have lots of frustration when I talk about Singtel and even see Singtel trademark, Singtel equipment since then…

I have encountered various problems mostly on technical issue but no one can really help me through even though I have made lots of complaints through Hello Counter, MIO Helpdesk, Hello Feedback Forms, Singnet Contact Us Website, direct email to Singtel, email sent to CEO, through various Media and publications, 6 MPs in my district zone, CASE, etc… As I really don’t know how to figure out now…

Due to the countless email I have sent out, my yahoo email have already flooded since the incident occurred on 27 January 2007...

Due to this unpleasant encountered, my health was indirectly affected during February 2007. I have all kinds of sicknesses chasing after me like, headache, giddy, migraine, flu, cough, cold, gastric flu, gastric, stomach cramp, high blood pressure till 158, high pulse count till 98, ear blocking problems, rashes, lost appetite, lost memory, lost weight, stressful and miserable most of the day and night…

During the second week of February 2007, Patrick Yeo from ADSL called to handle my problems and even begged to give them a last chance to rectify all my problems but everything still come back to the square again… Subsequently, he avoid me, don’t reply to my email, don’t answer my call, even don’t reply my sms too…

During this time, I seek advice from my MP in order to get Singtel rectify all MIO problems…

During the third week of February 2007, Ong Swan Tah from Corporate Communications called to handle my case again… Subsequently, the next morning he sms me that he fell sick and couldn’t handle my case anymore as I really feel puzzled and disappointed with Singtel Technical and Management Support…

During the fourth week of February 2007, I have decided to lodge a complaint in CASE as they gave Singtel date line to approve my termination by 2 April 2007 but so far nobody reply…

I really have glut of bad encountered with Singtel Singapore and I don’t want to have the past history be always in my mind and in my memory forever. It is extremely sore for me to keep all those unworthy happening throughout my life…

I must have phobia...! Even sleeping also can hear the noise loud and clear...!

Rashes killing me the whole night long... I have to hate Singtel again... Make me feel so miserable and upset most of the time!

When I see the Singtel logo, it will make me catch a cold or having bad flu and even fall sick most of the time...

How to carry on my life this way ? Please tell me ?
